Lestrade looks up, his eyebrows lifting in surprise. There had been a lot of people there, and he tries now to sort out who might've been likely parents. It shouldn't be as difficult as it is, which only confirms the idea that they weren't very close to their son, at the end.
"Really? Huh. Of course he must have some, but I never really thought about Holmes having parents. It almost seems more likely that he just sprang into being, fully-formed." He smiles at the thought, and he hopes he isn't starting to step into unwelcome territory here. But God, he misses Holmes. This is why he's here; to reminisce about the friend he and Watson lost, the evenings they spent sitting here drinking and smoking and talking.
